OUR CUISINE
Your stay at San Donato will be an occasion to know typical Tuscan country cooking. 
In the kitchen it is very important to be respectful of the region and seasons: we only use our own produce or purchase some products from reliable small laboratories within 30 km distance from our farm.
We have rescued some local country recipes, sometimes ancient ones, and prepare them respecting our long lasting tradition.
In case of any allergy, please tell us in time so that a special meal for you will be prepared.
